A full-day workshop that can be divided into three separate sessions covering: audience understanding, brand positioning, brand strategy and 4Ps framework and tactical action planning
Delivered on site or by video call, participants carry out insight ‘homework’ before the session. Brand strategy is shaped during the workshop with a post-workshop check-in.
Teams may lack strategic experience and need help shaping marketing strategy or they may need a fresh pair of eyes and the supported space to revisit sound marketing thinking.
